What is the shelf life of your cookie dough?
Our cookie dough lasts 12 months in your freezer. Freezer storage is best, but if you elect
to store the dough in the refrigerator, it will last for 6 weeks.
How long should I bake the cookie dough “pucks”?
Every oven is different, so we strongly recommend that you test bake one or two cookies
and closely monitor them. Most cookies will bake in 8 to 14 minutes. Extra soft cookies are
done when they are dry on top. These will be very soft with a slightly crispy edge. For soft
cookies with a crispier edge, bake an additional 2 minutes. For crispy cookies, bake an
additional 4 minutes. Be sure to make note of the baking time that works with your
equipment and preferences. Remember that cookies will continue to bake for 2-3 minutes
out of the oven.
My cookie dough thawed a bit – can I re-freeze?
Yes! You can re-freeze dough that you did not bake. For best practices, return the unused
dough to the freezer as soon as possible. Dough should not be at room temperature longer
than 2 hours.
